About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and driven Full Stack Team Lead to spearhead the development of Hear’s next-generation web applications. This role combines hands-on full stack development with team leadership, and is ideal for someone who thrives on both coding and guiding others.
You’ll lead and mentor a team of 3–4 developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape complex, scalable systems in a dynamic, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 developers, including task planning, technical guidance, and team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices with Next.js and NestJS.
- Ensure performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Manage code with Atlassian Bitbucket and participate in code reviews and agile workflows.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design for long-term scalability.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in leading or managing a development team.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong expertise in Node.js and Python.
- Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end languages, with required expertise in both NestJS, Next.js, and Python.
- Deep understanding of databases, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB).
- Proficiency in version control systems, especially Atlassian Bitbucket, and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
- Experience designing and working with complex, large-scale system architectures.
- Familiarity with Jira and hands-on experience in managing tasks and agile sprints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

What You’ll Do
- Lead GTM Strategy: Define and execute the commercial strategy for the US market, aligned with company-wide goals and KPIs.

Who You Are
- A sales leader with 6+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in early-stage or high-growth startups, with direct responsibility for driving sales strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals in the US mid-market and enterprise space.
- Strategic and hands-on, owning the full sales cycle end-to-end..
- Expert in consultative, value-based selling to senior stakeholders (e.g., CX, Sales, Ops, Contact Center executives).
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with deep knowledge of the US customer landscape.
- Based in Israel and able to work US hours.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on VP Marketing to lead hear’s marketing efforts from the ground up. This role requires someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute. You will be responsible for creating and scaling a high-impact marketing engine, crafting our narrative, and generating a robust pipeline to support our US-focused sales expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Hear as a category leader in conversational intelligence.
- Own and scale demand generation programs across digital, content, social, email, and events — driving qualified leads and accelerating pipeline growth.
- Craft clear and compelling messaging that articulates Hear’s unique value to customer experience, customer service, sales, and contact center executives.
- Support the sales team with enablement assets such as case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, and playbooks.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and overall performance.
- Build and manage the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools) to support scalable growth.
Who You Are
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in an early-stage or growth-stage environment.
- Proven success leading demand generation and content marketing initiatives that directly supported revenue growth.
- Experience building marketing programs that target Customer Experience, Customer Service, Contact Center Operations, or Sales Executives is highly preferred.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality - you love building from scratch and scaling with agility.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and CRM/marketing automation expertise (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of AI, voice technologies, or customer experience solutions is a strong plus.
- Based in Israel, with the ability to collaborate with a team and customer base heavily concentrated in the US market.
